About the Founder
Ardita Roci is the Founder and CEO of Conflict Resolution LLC and an international conflict resolution, migration, and human rights professional with experience spanning North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
She holds a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies and bachelor’s degrees in International Studies and Forensic Psychology, complemented by executive and negotiation training at Harvard University, Yale University, and Columbia Law School.
Her professional experience encompasses mediation, peacebuilding, migration and refugee support, human rights, community development, intercultural dialogue, and geopolitical analysis. Her experience includes participation in international forums and programs connected to the United Nations system and other international institutions, alongside field and community-based work across diverse cultural environments.
Fluent in multiple languages, Ardita brings a multidisciplinary and global perspective to conflict resolution, negotiation, peacebuilding, and intercultural cooperation.
